Jian JIN (‘靳健’ in Chinese)

Dr. Jian Jin is currently serving as a professor in the Department of Information Management at Beijing Normal University. His research expertise encompasses customer requirement analysis, expert recommendation, and policy text analysis. He obtained his Ph.D. (2013) in industrial systems engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Jin has actively engaged in over 10 projects, securing funding from prestigious sources including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education, Beijing Municipal Health Commission, and the Institute of Science and Technology Information of China, etc. With a distinguished academic record, Dr. Jin has authored two books and contributed to over 50 papers published in renowned journals such as Information Processing and Management, Information Sciences, and the International Journal of Production Research. Graduates of his students can be found working in esteemed organizations such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the National Library of China, Renmin University of China, and Alibaba Group. Furthermore, some of his students have chosen to pursue doctoral studies at reputable institutions like Peking University, Indiana University Bloomington, and Hong Kong Baptist University.

靳健，现为北京师范大学信息管理系 教授，研究领域为客户需求分析、专家遴选与推荐、政府数据传递与政策文本分析等。2013年，他博士毕业于香港理工大学工业及系统工程系 。近几年，他主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社科、北京市卫健委、中国科学技术信息研究所实验室基金等项目10余项。出版专著2本，科研成果发表于Information Processing and Management, Information Sciences, International Journal of Production Research、情报学报等国际国内著名期刊及WWW、APWEB等计算机领域国际著名会议。培养的研究生工作于中国工商银行、国家图书馆、北京市委某部、中国人民大学、杭州阿里巴巴集团等或在北京大学、北京师范大学等国内知名学校继续攻读博士。
